1. About domiya
domiya is a home and family organization product. The Service currently includes features such as:
- user accounts and authentication
- homes and memberships
- invites
- tasks
- shopping lists
- calendar items and reminders
- wishlist items
- meal planning and recipes
- household finance tracking
- notifications
- subscriptions and purchase restoration
1.1 Evolving product scope
We may add, remove, or change features over time.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if:
- you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law
- you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- you provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account
2.1 Acting for others
If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

4. Homes, Shared Access, and User Content
domiya is designed for shared household collaboration.
When you create, join, or manage a home, certain information and content may be visible to other current members of that home as part of the product's normal operation.
You are responsible for:
- deciding who you invite into a home
- ensuring you have the right to share content you upload or create
- ensuring that your use of shared household features complies with applicable law
4.1 Content you are responsible for
You retain responsibility for the content you submit to the Service, including:
- profile data
- tasks
- shopping items
- calendar items
- wishlist items and saved product links
- meal plans, recipes, and ingredient lists
- financial goals, debt notes, expense entries, and related notes
- invite-related data
- uploaded images and other materials
4.1.1 Shared and private feature behavior
Some product areas are intentionally shared across current home members. Some entries may also support narrower visibility modes, depending on the feature. You are responsible for understanding the sharing behavior of the home and feature you use before adding content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content
- scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access to the Service in a way that harms the Service or other users
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority
- use the Service to infringe the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights

domiya is an organizational and planning tool.
The Service does not provide:

- guarantees about budgets, forecasts, product availability, pricing, or merchant information
7.1 Your review responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any information you enter into or act on through the Service, including:
- financial amounts, due dates, and budgeting assumptions
- meal, recipe, and ingredient suitability for your household
- external product, store, or merchant links saved in the Service
8. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple or another platform:
- billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds may be handled by that platform
- your use of those purchase flows may also be governed by that platform's terms
8.1 Renewals and access
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions automatically renew if the platform is configured for auto-renew
- cancellation stops future renewal but may not immediately end the current paid period
- access to paid features may continue through the paid-through date and then downgrade according to the product's subscription rules
8.2 Pricing changes
We may change pricing, plan structure, or paid-feature packaging in the future, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
9. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may:
- modify the Service
- add or remove features
- change technical requirements
- suspend parts of the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons
9.1 No uninterrupted availability guarantee
We do not guarantee that the Service, or any specific feature, will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
