domiya is an iOS application designed to help families and households organize everyday life, including tasks, shopping lists, events, reminders, home spaces, and related household information.
domiya is intended for personal and household use.
2. Eligibility
You may use domiya only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
If you use domiya on behalf of a family, household, or other group, you are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service complies with these Terms.
3. Account registration
To use some features of domiya, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your login credentials secure;
- not share your account with unauthorized users;
- notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Home spaces and shared content
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
domiya allows users to create shared home spaces and invite other members.
Content added to a shared home may be visible to other members of that home, including:
- tasks;
- shopping lists;
- events;
- reminders;
- notes;
- important dates;
- home-related information;
- member names or roles.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you add to domiya and for the people you invite to your home space.
Do not add sensitive information unless you are comfortable sharing it with other members of the same home.
You agree not to use domiya to:
- break any law or regulation;
- violate the rights of others;
- upload harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content;
- attempt to access another user’s account or data without permission;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service without permission;
- use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service;
- store content that you do not have the right to use.
6. User content
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
You retain ownership of the content you create in domiya.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, sync, and transmit your content only as necessary to operate and improve domiya.
We do not claim ownership of your tasks, shopping lists, events, reminders, notes, or household information.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion of your account or data.
Apps that support account creation must let users initiate account deletion in the app under Apple’s current App Store requirements, so domiya should include an in-app account deletion option as well as the public deletion instructions on the website.
8. Subscriptions and payments
domiya may offer free and paid features.
If paid subscriptions or in-app purchases are available, they are processed through Apple’s App Store.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- payment will be charged to your Apple ID account;
- subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled;
- subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings;
- refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies;
- domiya does not store your full payment card information.
9. Free features and changes to paid features
Actual prices, billing periods, trial availability, and included features are displayed in the app or on the App Store purchase screen before payment.
We may offer free features, trials, or promotional access at our discretion.
We may change, add, or remove features over time. If a paid feature changes materially, we will try to provide reasonable notice where required by law or platform rules.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever.
10. Notifications
domiya may send notifications related to tasks, reminders, events, shopping lists, invitations, or home activity.
You can manage push notification permissions in your device settings.
We are not responsible if you miss a notification due to device settings, internet issues, system restrictions, or other technical limitations.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep domiya available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical issues;
- hosting problems;
- network failures;
- events outside our control.
12. Intellectual property
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
domiya, including its name, logo, design, interface, software, graphics, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on domiya without our written permission.
You may use the app only for its intended personal and household organization purposes.
13. App Store terms
If you downloaded domiya from the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.
Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for domiya unless required by applicable law. If no custom EULA is provided, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to apps distributed through the App Store.
14. Third-party services
domiya may rely on third-party services for hosting, email delivery, analytics, crash reporting, payments, or other technical functions.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content that are not controlled by us.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to domiya if:
- you violate these Terms;
- you misuse the Service;
- your account creates security or legal risks;
- we are required to do so by law;
- continued access could harm other users or the Service.
16. Disclaimers
You may stop using domiya at any time.
You may also request deletion of your account according to our Privacy Policy and account deletion instructions.
domiya is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that:
- the Service will always be available;
- the Service will be error-free;
- all data will always sync instantly;
- reminders or notifications will always arrive on time;
- the Service will meet every user expectation.
17. Limitation of liability
domiya is an organization tool. It should not be used as the only place to store critical, emergency, legal, financial, medical, or safety-related information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of use, or missed reminders.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to use domiya during the 12 months before the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless domiya and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your user content;
- your violation of another person’s rights;
- your misuse of shared home spaces.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or by email.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of domiya after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of domiya is established, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
